BORISLAV VALCHEV, Attorney-at-law – Graduated Law at the Faculty of Law of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in 1997. Worked as a legal adviser at an insurance company. Member of Sofia Bar Association since 1999. Certified mediator, entered in the list of mediators at the Ministry of Justice. His professional practice includes Commercial Law, Company Law, Law of Obligation, Insolvency, Debt Collection. Performs social activity for reformation of the legal profession in Bulgaria. Languages – German, English, Russian. Managing Partner since the establishment of the law firm.

DEYAN BORISOV, Managing partner – Graduated Law at the Faculty of Law of The University of National and World Economy /UNWE/ in 2006, as well as Stock markets and brokerage as s second major at the same university. Worked as a legal adviser and internal control at the investment intermediary “Capital Finance”, as well as at the “Donor programs” Office, Department “International Cooperation” at The Ministry of Economy and Energy. His professional practice includes Commercial Law, Stock Exchange Law, Tax Law, Law of Obligation, Intellectual Property Law, Litigation. Has academic works in the field of Commercial Law and Stock Exchange Law. Languages – English. Partner since the establishment of the law firm.

MILA DIANKOVA, Attorney-at-law – Graduated Law at the Faculty of Law of The Southwest University “Neofit Rilski” in 2007. Has a Master`s Degree in International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economy /UNWE/. Member of Sofia Bar Association since 2011.
